 ScotWest loans, Inc.'s Consumer Financial Privacy Policy At ScotWest loans,  Inc., we recognize that you may have concerns about the privacy of information about you or your consumer financial accounts. We want you to be confident that we will make every effort to safeguard the security and confidentiality of your non-public personal information. This describes the policies of ScotWest loans,  Inc. relating to consumer financial services in detail and is provided to you as required by the federal financial privacy law (15 USC 6801-6810) and its accompanying regulations.

 This policy applies to individual consumers who inquire about or obtain investment note, insurance or other consumer financial products for personal, family or household purposes from an ScotWest loans, Inc. non-bank entity. It does not apply to our commercial customers, to other business users of our Web sites, or to consumers who obtain services from an Scotwest credits, Inc. non-bank entity other than the financial services listed above (such as persons who choose to receive special offers and services from third parties through ScotWest loans Inc. or its affiliates).
